"Play nourishes every aspect of children's development--it forms the foundation of intellectual, social, physical and emotional skills necessary for success in school and in life."
Canadian Council on Learning
Studies have proven that children's daily experiences play a key role in developing the neurological and biological pathways in the brain. The first five years of a child's development is fundamental in laying a solid base for future learning.
In our classroom, your child will be engaged in play for most of the day. During their play, they will discover, experience, learn and develop. As educators, we will facilitate their learning by creating opportunities and provocations for your child to become motivated, excited and interested in their learning adventures. Our goal is to provide a learning environment that supports all areas of your child's development.
